My name is Maria Vandoulaki and I welcome you to Routes & Roots. A boutique property management company, specializing in providing personalized services for property owners and villas. Our mission is to help you efficiently manage your accommodation, ensuring guests enjoy unforgettable experiences while maximizing the potential of each property. Routes & Roots, is the outcome of a diverse and rewarding career in hospitality. After graduating from law school in Athens, I pursued my true passion: creating stellar guest experiences. I honed my skills working among several departments for renowned 5-star hotels and individual properties in Santorini, in guest relations, events and operation management. Through these various roles, I gained hands-on experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and strategic decision making. This direct involvement deepened my understanding of the unique challenges property owners face, from maintaining high standards to ensuring profitability. Furthering my experience in events management and hotel branding, I’ve developed a holistic approach to property management, by blending creativity with a focus on operational excellence. My goal is to empower property owners by simplifying the management process, driving revenue, and delivering standout guest experiences.
